The company was acquired by Omni Group in May 2011. Before acquisition, name of the company was Bachani Sugar Mills Ltd.It is located 14 km away from Tando Allayar Sugar Mills (Pvt.) Ltd.
Majority of sugar processing equipment was procured from Heavy Mechanical Complex (HMC). Some of the major processing equipment are 2 Boiler Houses, Power House, Process House and Mill House.
Equipment for Power House was imported from Peter Brotherhood, England. Turbines and refining machines were imported from Broad Bent Centrifugal Machines, England.
